WeekiWacheeRiverWeeki Wachee Springs Run is an incredible Florida Springs Run that presents invigorating opportunities to swim and dive in crystal clear Spring water.

What is amazing about Weeki Wachee Springs Run is the clarity of water for miles and miles until the Run  Discharges into the Gulf of Mexico.

There are wildlife viewing opportunities, such as Manatees, alligators, snakes, turtles and birds.

Your Leader will teach Kayaking Skills and teach a conservation and nature lesson.

We will meet at St David’s, carpooling to Paddling Adventures at Weeki

Wachee Springs State Park. We will paddle the 5.5 miles from Weeki Wachee to Rogers Park.

Where: St David’s Episcopal Episcopal Church

When:  Meet 6:30 AM  Depart: 7:00 AM We hope to carpool

Return: 5:00 PM to St David’s Episcopal Church

Who:  This is considered a Family Outing. Singles granted permission by the leader.

What to bring: Sunscreen, Sun Hat, Water Bottle, Lunch and snacks

Costs: $10 for rental of UPKEEP Kayak, $5 Launch fee per boat. Sierra Club donation is $5 per member, $10 for nonmember, or $15 per family. You must RSVP, and send in your fees to attend. $10 per Kayak is non-refundable. Send check to Andy Quinn, 215 E.Bay St., Ste 1, Lakeland, Fl 33801
